Nexus management corp paid 160 employees for the year ending december 31, 2024, as reported to the irs on form w-3. A share of the costs for those employees are allocated to the organization based on time allocation. This dollar amount is listed on part i, line 15. Since the organization shares employees with related organizations, the total number of employees of the management company have been listed on part v, line 2a and part i line 5. The organization does not directly pay employees, so it does not file payroll tax forms (forms 940, 941, etc.); it is covered by the filings of nexus management corp.”
