The company follows the provisions of fasb asc 740 "income taxes," which provides standards for establishing and classifying any tax provisions for uncertain tax positions. The company is a nonprofit organization exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. There has been no change in the 501(c)(3) status and project funds have not been used in an unrelated trade or business or for private business use. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes is provided in the accompanying financial statements.
