ADDITIONALLY, ALL MEMBERS OF THE LEGACY LOCALS BECAME MEMBERS OF TWU LOCAL 592 ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CREATION OF TWU LOCAL 592 AND THE DISSOLUTION OF THE LEGACY LOCALS HAS BEEN REPORTED AS A MERGER SINCE THE GOVERNING BODIES OF THE LEGACY LOCALS AND TWUIEC CEDED CONTROL OF THE LEGACY LOCALS IN THE FORMATION OF TWU LOCAL 592. SINCE THE DATE OF MERGER, TWU LOCAL 592 HAS BEEN IN THE PROCESS OF ASSISTING THE LEGACY LOCALS IN CLOSING THEIR BOOKS AND COMPLETING ALL FINAL REGULATORY FILINGS.
