“Line 11b - Organizations Process to Review Form 990In preparation for submitting the previous year tax return (Form 990, Schedule A and Schedule O)to the IRS, copies of the pending submission is reviewed by the President, Treasurer, and Tax Officers with the Board of Directors at the monthly Board meeting.On an annual basis, the President may appoint a member or committee of the TLL Board of Directors to be the TLL Tax Officer(s), empowered to represent the TLL Board in all tax matters, including filing of the tax returns, maintenance of the tax exempt status under 501(c)3, necessary disclosures to donors of such status, submission to Little League International and production of materials for the monthly membership meeting (all members of the TLL).”

“Line 19. - Governing Documents Disclosure ExplanationTrumbull Little League posts the latest version of the league Constitution and Bylaws on the organizations website. Copies of the league Constitution and Bylaws are also available at the annual open Board meeting for all league membership. Financial statements (budget, bank statements, previous years tax returns, etc) are all made available for viewing at the open Board meeting. Copies of the league Constitution and Bylaws are also on file with the Town of Trumbull and Little League International.”
