TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, FUNDS ARE USED FOR MAINTENANCE, SECURITY, CAPITAL PROJECTS, UTILITIES, DEPRECIATION, AND OPERATIONS STAFFING. THE ALDRICH COMPLETED A MAJOR CAPITAL PROJECT IN 2024 - THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CAMPUS AND SCULPTURE GARDEN.
