“All financial records are reviewed by committee (financial resource group) lead by appointed Board members and attended by key staff. The 990 was reviewed by this committee before filing. Due to limited staffing, the filed 990 approved by the finance committee was submitted to the Board for review at their meeting 2 days following the filing.”
“Board members recommit to participation annually. They resign conflict of interest forms and Board policy signoff forms which are reviewed by the Board President and filed in the CCCO office.”
