“Form 990-ez, part 3, line 28, program service accomplishments:jamaica - 1 volleyball group (12 athletes, 1 coach, 1 ignite staff) for the purpose of mentoring at-risk youth, empowering community and educational leaders, building relationships, and to share the message of jesus christ. Program included:continued strategic vision development with education leaders and guidance counselors from multiple parishes to implement a trauma-informed educational training which will, in turn, impact the lives of more than 15,000 youth. This training is in development progress in partnership with youth crime watch jamaica, community leaders, and the ministry of education. Youth empowerment training for the flanker resource centre with workshops for holistic development. Attendance included form 990-ez, part 3, line 28, program service accomplishments: nicaragua 1 volleyball team (14 athletes, 1 coach, 1 team volunteer), 1 ignite staff, 1 ignite local leader trained and competed with nicaragua national volleyball teams led programs at a school to leverage the influence that athletes have to reach students with empowerment, positive life skills training, and to share the message of jesus christ through these programs maintained relationships and initiated partnerships with the nicaragua volleyball federation, nicaragua olympic committee and the managua city hall department of sport development for future partnerships to empower youth and to share the message of jesus christ through sport conducted volleyball clinics for youth national teams and high school form 990-ez, part 3, line 28, program service accomplishments: israel & palestine continued meeting virtually with leaders of a start-up nonprofit organization for the purpose of planning and strategizing future collaboration to empower marginalized youth to overcome trauma and choose a nonviolent, productive approach to resistance. Continued partnership virtually with our projects in bethlehem continued partnership virtually with our projects in nazareth and tel aviv continued partnership virtually with the coaches of the israel junior national team, the israel volleyball association, and volleyball clubs in tel aviv and haifa for future initiatives as the political situation allows. Participation in the id project remains consistent at 30-35 athletes, 2 coaches form 990-ez, part 3, line 28, program service accomplishments: domestic outreach? Ignite staff provided keynote and motivational speaking for 16 collegiate volleyball teams, including approximately 200 student-athletes, 35 coaches, and 16 administrators and support staff, for the purpose of inspiration, empowerment, and to share the message of jesus christ.? Provided in-person motivational speaking, partnership collaboration, and mentorship events for youth, educators, and ngo leaders in fort worth, dallas, denton county, and wayne county (mississippi) while continuing to develop partnerships in pennsylvania, west virginia, florida, and new york.? In-person events included 2 ignite staff, 4 volunteer leaders, and inspired/empowered approximately 900 students, 75 educators. Curriculum/training program development? Continued development of multiple curriculum and life-skills training programs to empower youth and adults through the universal language of sports.? Implementation is on track for 2025 and will launch within youth sports programs in the usa, as well as in multiple cities in nicaragua and two cities in jamaica.? Strategic planning has begun to launch new global partnerships and initiatives for launch in 2025-26.”
