Our Organization supports all music ensembles over 100 students at Walkersville High School in Walkersville MD. | Band Competition - Working with the Music Director we assist in planning logistics and implementation of an annual Marching Band Competition. We provide all the volunteers needed to hold said competition as well as secure all needed equipment permits supplies and concessions for the event. | Music Department Organization - Aligning with the Music Department Director we assist with ensuring that the entire Music Department has the necessary equipment and provisions to support all ensembles. Most recently we assisted the Music Department in securing two 2 trailers for transporting larger music instruments and secure storage equipment needed both when the ensembles travel from the school for performances and competitions and secure storage in the off seasons. These expenses included registration fees maintenance of physical equipment as well as funding display cases for the Music Department. These expenses benefits 100+ students and multiple ensembles.
