The power to submit a major decision to a vote of the members, and to call a meeting of the members to vote thereon, shall be vested solely in the board. Members who are in good standing on the record date and at the time the vote is taken shall be entitled to vote on each major decision. With respect to major decisions, members shall vote as a single class, each member shall have one vote, and approval require the affirmative vote of the majority of regular members in good standing.”
