“Prior to february 6, 2017, children's hospital was the sole member of its affiliate, children's hospital anesthesia corporation (chac). Effective february 6, 2017, louisiana children's medical center (lcmc) and children's executed a member substitution agreement whereby lcmc became the sole member of children's hospital anesthesia corporation. After the member substitution, chac began doing business under the name lcmc health anesthesia corporation (lhac).”
