Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization annually evaluates all federal and state income tax positions. This process includes an analysis of whether the income tax positions the organization takes meet the definition of an uncertain tax position under the income taxes topic of the financial accounting standards codification. Management has determined that the organization had no uncertain tax positions as of august 31, 2013 that would require financial statement recognition as of that date. In general, the organization is no longer subject to tax examinations for tax years ending before august 31, 2011.
