“There is an executive committee for the board of trustees. The committee consists of the president, chair, vice chair, treasurer, and secretary. The authority of the committee is to oversee the affairs of the corporation between board meetings and to coordinate, communicate activities, and information among committees.”

Is in existence, the corporation shall have a class of members designated "klingberg members". In addition, the corporation may have a second class of members designated "corporators".”
