Mechanical Contractors Association of Connecticut Industry Fund

This is a non-profit association whose purpose is to promote the legitimate interests of the mechanical contracting industry through lawful and honorable means. It fosters and promotes the mechanical contracting industry by means of public, customer and employer education and information; better understanding between employers and their employees, customers and the general public; safety within the mechanical contracting industry; the negotiation and administration of sound and equitable collective bargaining agreements on an industry wide basis designed to stabilize and improve labor relations in the industry; equal employment opportunities for minorities and females of an industry wide basis and does all other lawful things for the benefit of the industry.
