The Organization accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in accordance with the Income Tax Topic of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification ("FASB ASC"). The Organization files a Federal tax return, which represents the major tax jurisdiction of the Organization. Federal tax years 2012 through 2015 remain open for audit under the various statutes of limitations. At December 31, 2015, the Organization believes that there are no uncertain tax positions with any of its open tax years.
