Wildwood property management is responsible for all management duties and functions required to be perfomed by the organization. This includes enforcement of leases, occupancy and marketing, maintenance, cash collection and disbursement and all other manangement functions. All employees of the organization are reported as employees on the books of wildwood property management, llc.

Pomfret community housing corporation is a non-stock, non-profit corporation, which is exempt from federal and state income taxes on exempt function income as a public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements. The organization did not recognize any liability for uncertain tax positions as defined by accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america.
