This includes enforcement of leases, occupancy and marketing, maintenance, cash collection and disbursement and all other manangement functions. All employees of the organization are reported as employees on the books of wildwood property management, llc.

Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements. The organization did not recognize any liability for uncertain tax positions as defined by accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america.
