Financial Statement Notes

Part IV, Line 2B:

The entity collects security deposits from tenants and maintains the deposits in a separate interest bearing cash account. Security deposits are returned to the tenants within 30 days of terminating their tenancy, less any amounts withheld for damages or unpaid rents.

Part X, Line 2:

The company has no unrecognized tax benefits at december 31, 2015. The company's federal and state income tax returns prior to fiscal year 2012 are closed and management continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings. If applicable, the company would recognize interest and enalties associated with tax matters as part of taxes and insurance in the statement of activities and include accrued interest and penalties in accrued expenses in the statement of financial position. The company did not recognize any interest or penalties associated with tax matters for the year ended december 31, 2015. Income tax returns filed by the company are subject to examination by the internal revenue service for a period of three years. While no income tax returns are currently being examined by the internal revenue service, tax years since 2012 remain open.

IF APPLICABLE, THE COMPANY WOULD RECOGNIZE INTEREST AND ENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH TAX MATTERS AS PART OF TAXES AND INSURANCE IN THE STATEMENT OF ACTIVITIES AND INCLUDE ACCRUED INTEREST AND PENALTIES IN ACCRUED EXPENSES IN THE STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION. THE COMPANY DID NOT RECOGNIZE ANY INTEREST OR PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH TAX MATTERS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2015.
