THE AMOUNTS ADVANCED ARE NONINTEREST BEARING AND ARE DUE ON DEMAND. ON OCCASION, SCOFIELD MANOR WILL PAY THE COST OF OPERATING EXPENSES IN ADVANCE. AT SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 AND 2024, $8,614 AND $15,984, RESPECTIVELY, WAS DUE TO COC. IN ADDITION, COC PROVIDES MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING BOOKKEEPING, PERSONNEL, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, STRATEGIC SUPPORT, AND OTHER SERVICES TO SCOFIELD MANOR. FOR THE YEARS ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 AND 2024 SCOFIELD MANOR INCURRED MANAGEMENT FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF $160,008 AND $158,635, RESPECTIVELY, FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY COC.
