The voting members of the executive committee are comprised of the board chair, board vice-chair, audit and investment committee chair, the president and ceo, and the immediate past chair of the board. All of the members of the executive committee are also members of the board of directors, the governing body of the organization. The executive committee may act on behalf of the organization in any matter when the board is not in session provided that such matter does not require a board vote as provided for in the bylaws or any applicable board policy. A majority of the executive committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

PART X, LINE 2:

The association follows relevant accounting standards in evaluating uncertain tax positions. The guidance prescribes recognition threshold principles for the financial statements recognition of tax positions taken or expected to be taken on a tax return that are not certain to be realized. Management is not aware of any uncertain tax positions taken by the association as of december 31, 2019 and 2018. The association's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. The accrued income tax was $327,433 and $88,122 for the years ended december 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
