Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

The corporation has one class of members, and membership shall be limited to the record owners of lots shown on map no. 5394 of the greenwich land record, each lot being entitled to one (1) vote. Each lot owner or owners shall by virtue of their holding fee title to a lot in the old stone bridge area become a member of the association. Each lot owner shall have one (1) membership for each lot so held by each lot owner or owners.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

Ownership of a lot in the old stone bridge area shall entitle the owner to one (1) vote, and if there is more than one record owner of a lot, they shall collectively designate to the secretary of the association which owner shall vote. The affairs of the association shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of at least three persons, and except as hereinafter provided, all of whom shall be lot owners or their spouses and they shall be annually elected and selected by the members of the association.
