“The members of the corporation (the "members") for any fiscal year shall be: (a) each musician who participated in at least three concerts by the corporation's orchestra during the preceding fiscal year, excluding with respect to any concert any musician paid by the corporation to participate in such concert other than a section leader receiving compensation from the corporation (each such musician, an orchestra member"), (b) each member of the corporation's chorus who paid required chorus dues to the corporation for such preceding fiscal year (each a "chorus member"), and (c) one parent of each participant in the corporation's youth orchestra who paid any required participation fee for the preceding fiscal year (each a "parent member"). The clerk shall determine who has qualified as members for any fiscal year.”
