“Statement 1: primary purpose od exempt organization: to promote the wellbeing of its member clubs and enhance the quality of sports &social activities experienced by all members through education, communication & joint member club functions. Msc will give back to the social & sporting community by promoting & improving safe & fun sports. Statement 2: meet and greet/winter carnival - the meet and ski program and the winter carnival occurs in november-march, providing a venue for skiers and clubs to network while skiing, and during lunch provided at some events. Participants are able to purchase their ski area lift ticket at a discount. There are approximately 30 participants for meet and ski events each season, held at various locations in minnesota. There were approximately 54 winter carnival participants. Statement 3: other programs: the winter carnival - the winter carnival, mscs major event is held during the winter season it introduces individuals from each club to the activities of other clubs. This year the meet and greet and winter carnival were combined (see above).”
