Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The vision of Full Circle Help is to see hurting people from all races and backgrounds come to know a new life through meeting both spiritual and tangible needs. Spiritual needs are met through teaching and living by Christian principles. Tangible needs are met through providing food, clothes, tutoring and life-skills training. Our passion is people. Full Circle Help strives to solve the various economic, social and spiritual ills that widen the gap of disparities that are rampant in our nation's inner-cities through the help of volunteer workers and community partnerships. Together with our community based partners, we want to reach the lost and help meet the local communities' most basic and greatest needs.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
2014 Full Circle Help programs and ways we helped 1 Turning Point - this program helps the needy with shoes, clothing, food and resources to escape poverty..i.e. classes and counseling 852 people were served last year and 438 were children. We have a partner food bank/resource center with Turning Point that operates weekly. 2 South mountain Community center (Disadvantaged Senior program) - We have a weekly food distribution program where we give the elderly food to take home. We help at least 2,000 seniors a year. 3 Celebrate Recovery Program - We provide food for this weekly ministry that help people dealing with various types of issues/ addictions. Last year we were able to help 1,000+ adults thru this program (Jun. - Dec.). Next year we will help 2,000 adults. 4 We do periodic community events, based on our resources, where we give away shoes, clothing, food, gift cards and information on how to escape poverty. These events typically help 300 or more people; we usually have to turn people away due to lack of resources. 5 We also work with the Principal/Nurse of Percy L. Julian school in Phoenix, AZ where over 98% of the 800 students receive free lunch. A child receiving Free lunch is a national indicator of poverty. The school is also performing at a "D" level academically on an A thru F scale! We've been working with children in this area over 8 years. Last year we were able to give hats, gloves, ear muffs and toys to 275 of the children. 6 We also have a program in which we help foster children and Foster Disabled adults. - We provide food, clothing, shoes, toys, special outings, volunteer opportunities for the disabled adults and more. Last year we helped over 8 group homes - 40 served throughout the year multiple times. 7 Special help was given to: single moms, needy kids, needy college students, unemployed and exoffenders, other not for profits, etc... as resources were available. We help some people directly from referrals we get from community partners, direct calls/emails or thru needs we see in the community. Last year we helped over 450 people in this category$79,012$78,244
