All Trustees, Department Auxilians and Foundation Members complete a Conflict of Interest Statement each year, and any potential conflicts are reported to the Board of Trustees and to other places as required by law. In addition, front-line employees who don't normally make decisions for the facility are expected to report forward any conflicts they may have, should they ever be in a position to influence decision making. Quality Services queries these groups on an annual basis, and tracks down people until all statements are complete.

Key employees complete self-evaluation - HR Director prepares compensation surveys. The CFO's salary is approved by the CEO. The CEO's salary is approved by the Board.
