The building industry council promotes, develops, defines and encourages distribution of information about wisconsin's economic climate and the importance of job creation in the building industry to the general public of wisconsin; fosters, encourages and coordinates the development of public policy involving the building industry that will lead to greater economic opportunity and a higher quality of life for wisconsin citizens; an engages in other activities that facilitate public education about the building industry and promotes the betterment of the community as a whole.
