“The organization has a board consisting of directors who shall have the powers and duties of a board of directors under the massachusetts law.”

“Financial management and accounting services for ymca shared services are provided by ymca of greater boston and those services include coordination and review of the annual review of the financial statements with an independent accounting firm and preparation and review of the form 990 and required state filings.”

“The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements of the organization are available to the public upon request.”

“Ymca shared services has three full time employees as of december 31, 2023 and those employees are paid and receive their benefits through ymca of greater boston who then passes those expenses over to ymca shared services.”
