Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the "code") and to otherwise support the functions of the schools: 1. To provide fundraising, purchasing, data processing, insurance, equipment, management, fiscal, administrative, planning, policy-making, strategic, human resources, benefit-planning, communication and investment services to and otherwise to support the function of match charter public school, match community day charter public school, and the charles sposato graduate school of education, inc.(the "schools"), massachusetts charter schools established pursuant to massachusetts general laws, chapter 71, 89 and governed by a single board of trustees as a network of schools; 2. To engage in activities and perform functions that the schools would otherwise have to perform; and 3. To own or lease, and maintain the site at which the schools are located.
