Us gaap requires mit to evaluate tax positions taken by the institute to recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the institute has taken an uncertain tax position that, more likely than not, would not be sustained upon examination by the irs. Mit has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of june 30, 2024, there are no significant uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken.
