The Giving Back Fund is a national non-profit organization with a global reach that facilitates philanthropic giving by providing consulting, management, and administrative services under a governance structure similar to a community foundation. With more than 250 years of combined world-class expertise, our team of philanthropy professionals has helped our clients create more than 750 individual foundations and fiscally sponsored projects across the globe. Our clients include athletes, enterpreneurs, corporations, and other-all with a common goal to make this a better world.

Each director, officer, employee and volunteer shall be provided with/asked to review a copy of this policy and to acknowledge in writing that he or she has done so annually. Each director/officer/employee and volunteer shall complete a disclosure form identifying any relationships, positions, or circumstances in which he/she is involved that he or she believes could contribute to a conflict of interest. Such relationships, positions or circumstances might include service as a director of or consultant to another non-profit organization or ownership of a business that might provide goods or services to the giving back fund. Any such information regarding the business interests of a director, officer, employee or volunteer or a family member thereof shall be treated as confidential and shall generally be made available only to the chair, the executive director, and any committee appointed to address conflicts of interest except to the extent additional disclosure is necessary in connection with the implementation of this policy. This policy shall be reviewed annually by each member of the board of directors. Any changes to the policy shall be communicated to all staff and volunteers.

1. Nexus is a global community founded to bridge communities of wealth and social entrepreneurship. With over 6,000 members from 70 countries, nexus work to unite young investors, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and allies to catalyze new leadership and accelerate needed political, societal, indigenous, financial, environmental, and equal justice solutions. Four global summits were held in 2024 spanning the globe. 2. Tribe of nova foundation is a non-profit organization initiated right after the atrocities on october 7th, by the producers of the super nova festival. Novas goal is to support the long-term recovery from trauma for the 3,500 survivors and 2,500 members of the bereaved families. In 2024, nova provided a community-based support system that fosters post-traumatic growth, reduces isolation, enhances resilience, strengthens mental health, and mitigates the risks of trauma. In addition to honoring the memory of the lost loved ones, the comprehensive program is designed of many sub programs addressing various needs of our community led by professionals in their field and in partnership with many supporting organizations. 3. The mental wealth alliance (mwa) is charlamagne tha gods vision to close the gap of awareness about and access to mental health for the black community through three pillars of impact: train, teach, and treat. Through training facilizes (gyms) and an annual mental wealth expo, the organization mobilized resources across the u.s. For black and bipoc individuals.

FOUR GLOBAL SUMMITS WERE HELD IN 2024 SPANNING THE GLOBE. 2. TRIBE OF NOVA FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION INITIATED RIGHT AFTER THE ATROCITIES ON OCTOBER 7TH, BY THE PRODUCERS OF THE SUPER NOVA FESTIVAL. NOVAS GOAL IS TO SUPPORT THE LONG-TERM RECOVERY FROM TRAUMA FOR THE 3,500 SURVIVORS AND 2,500 MEMBERS OF THE BEREAVED FAMILIES. IN 2024, NOVA PROVIDED A COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT FOSTERS POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH, REDUCES ISOLATION, ENHANCES RESILIENCE, STRENGTHENS MENTAL HEALTH, AND MITIGATES THE RISKS OF TRAUMA. IN ADDITION TO HONORING THE MEMORY OF THE LOST LOVED ONES, THE COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED OF MANY SUB PROGRAMS ADDRESSING VARIOUS NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY LED BY PROFESSIONALS IN THEIR FIELD AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MANY SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS. 3. THE MENTAL WEALTH ALLIANCE (MWA) IS CHARLAMAGNE THA GODS VISION TO CLOSE THE GAP OF AWARENESS ABOUT AND ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITY THROUGH THREE PILLARS OF IMPACT: TRAIN, TEACH, AND TREAT. THROUGH TRAINING FACILIZES (GYMS) AND AN ANNUAL MENTAL WEALTH EXPO, THE ORGANIZATION MOBILIZED RESOURCES ACROSS THE U.S. FOR BLACK AND BIPOC INDIVIDUALS.
