Providing and managing housing for low income residents and to empower community residents to become owners of subsidized multi-family properties while learning how to manage them.

The organization's purpose is to combat community deterioration, relieve the poor, lessen the burden of government and provide other charitable and educational activities in the Roxbury and Egleston Square neighborhoods.
