“The association is a membership driven organization with members primarily coming from the greater collision repair industry and the related industries that provide insurance, parts, paint supplies and services.”

“The board of directors is composed of elected, or appointed if a vacancy occurs, members who have a term of 3 years. Each director would then stand for independent re-election if and as they should choose just as would any other individual seeking that position. Seven directors are elected each year by any and all members present at the annual meeting. Past presidents are ex-officio board members with voting privileges.”
