Each facility appoints a representative who has one vote at the annual meeting to elect the four officers of the organization. Each of the 4 pre-defined regions elect the remaining 4 directors, one from each region.”

For this reason cjja has adopted a conflict-of-interest policy that is applicable to all board and committee members with powers delegated to it by the board (collectively, "interested person").
