Financial Statement Notes

PART IV, LINE 2B:

Central berkshire habitat for humanity holds all the mortgages and collects escrow monies from each homeowner and then pays the property taxes and the property insurance for each property. The escrow accounts are reviewed and adjusted on an annual basis to reflect the actual property tax bills and property insurance bills.

PART X, LINE 2:

Management has evaluated significant tax positions against the criteria established by professional standards and believes there is no such tax positions requiring accounting recognition.
