“Woburn youth soocer association was formed in 1988 for the purpose of promoting and enchancing the game of soccer for the youths of the woburn area. The organization works to provide youths age six (6) through eighteen (18), training in the game of soccer through the development of individual skills, fitness, team work and fair play. Members of the organization consist of parents and guardians of registered players and volunteers that provide twenty (20) or more hours of service on an annual basis. Those members meet on an annual basis from which they elect the board of directors from amongst themselves to operate the program on a regullar basis. All decisions of the board are subject to the genral review of the membership. The board meets on a regular basis and at other times as may be required to conduct the business of the program. Minutes of those meeting are kept and maintained by the secretary.”
