The organization does not have a conflict of interest policy, however, way finders, inc., the management agent, does have a conflict of interest policy. The management agent handles all the bidding, purchasing and contract work for the organization. The policy describes situations that may by conflicts and the requirements of this policy, which is also supplemented by way finders, inc.'s standards of professional conduct. Any disclosures required under the policy must be submitted to way finders, inc.'s personnel officer on the organization's disclosure form. The personnel officer will distribute this form to the ceo, department director and/or supervisor as appropriate.
