THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DISTRIBUTION THE PARTNERSHIP CAN EARN ANNUALLY IS $7,595. THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2011, THE PARTNERSHIP HAS EARNED DISTRIBUTIONS OF $179,242, OF WHICH $7,595 HAS NOT BEEN PAID.
