“The form 990 initial completion is done by our auditors. The form 990 is then sent to the north shore community health management team and then forwarded to the members of the board of directors, who are able to submit any questions, comments, or observations that they have. Then management discusses any changes they are going to make to the 990 form. If changes are deemed necessary, they are made immediately. The form 990 is then approved for submission by the board of directors.”

“In 2024, nsch launched its clinical outreach program with the mission to engage marginalized populations facing significant barriers to high-quality healthcare particularly those experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The former medical director for gloucester family health center/mat director stepped into the role of director of clinical innovation and integration. Using innovative strategies, high-intensity care navigation, and a direct primary care model, we're meeting patients where they are regardless of challenges such as lack of housing, insurance, transportation, technology access, or social support. Since beginning in may 2024, we've established our first outreach clinic at lifebridge of the north shore in salem, operating weekly. By the end of 2025, we aim to expand to additional sites in gloucester and peabody. In addition to primary care, women's health, and chronic disease management, we also provide telehealth-based psychopharmacology and behavioral health as well as recovery services, hiv and hepatitis c treatment.”
