Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Fasb asc 740-10-25 requires that a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a "more likely than not" threshold. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The organization does not believe its financial statements include any uncertain tax positions. The organization's federal and state exempt orgnization business income tax returns (forms 990 and mass pc) are subject to examination, generally for three years after they are filed.
