All administrators, board members and head teachers are given a written copy of the school's conflict of interest policy. Each person signs a certification that they have received, read and agree to comply to the policy.

For the compensation process of the top official the board will determine the executive director's salary based on market rates and the experience of the director. For the compensation of officers, the executive director evaluates all other employees before contracts are issued for the coming year. Salaries are based on a formula of experience and education.

The purpose of the endowment is to help fund scholarships for students, help fund library expenses and to provide the financial support necessary to maintain the school's standards of excellence.

PART X, LINE 2:

The school accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in accordance with asc topic, income taxes. This standard clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in tax positions and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement regarding a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The school has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions which qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements at june 30, 2019 and 2018. The school's information returns are subject to examination by the federal and state jurisdictions.
