“Before it is filed with the irs, the form 990 is reviewed and approved by management. The form 990 is then given to all board members for review. Any questions are answered by either mangement of the organization or the independent auditor.”
“The organization has adopted a conflict-of-interest policy that is applicable to all board members with powers delegated to it by the board (collectively, "interested person"). In accordance with the policy, each interested person must provide a signed attestation regarding the conflict-of-interest policy. Upon disclosing a financial interest to the board or committee by an interested person, and after any necessary discussion, the interested person will leave the meeting, and the remaining members of the board or committee will determine if a conflict actually exists. If a conflict is deemed to exist, the disinterested directors or committee members will review and vote upon whether the transaction is in the best interests of the organization and whether it is fair or reasonable. The interested person may make a presentation to the board or committee but must leave the meeting prior to any discussion/vote on the transaction.”

WOMEN LIVING IN THIS RESIDENCE PROGRAM RECEIVE VOCATION COUNSELING AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND MAY LIVE THERE PERMANENTLY.ALSO AT THE YWCA FINA HOUSE, WE OFFER SEVEN APARTMENT-STYLE UNITS SPECIFICALLY FOR QUALIFIED, LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS. TWO OF THESE UNITS ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR DISABILITIES.
