The Delphic Club

“Membership in the Delphic Club is open to all undergraduates of Harvard College who are members in good standing of the sophomore, junior or senior classes and who are not otherwise members of a Harvard College Final Club. There shall be two classes of membership: Undergraduate Members, defined as those members who have not yet received undergraduate degrees from Harvard College, and graduate members, defined as all those members who are not Undergraduate Members. With the approval of the Board of Governors of the graduate members, an independent association of the graduate members of The Delphic Club, the Board of Officers may elect members in good standing of the Harvard graduate schools as special members. Rules regarding special members shall be established by the Board of Officers.”

“The Club shall be governed by a Board of Officers. There shall be an undergraduate president, an undergraduate vice-president, an undergraduate treasurer, an undergraduate secretary, and a librarian, each of whom shall be elected for a one-year term. The Undergraduate Members may elect such additional officers as they deem necessary for the effective discharge of their functions. The Undergraduate Officers shall be solely responsible for the operation of the Delphic Club and its activities.”

“The Form 990 is reviewed and, if applicable, revised by the Board of Directors. A final draft of the Form 990 is distributed to the Board of Directors prior to filing.”
