The 990 and its supporting schedules were prepared by the public accounting firm aafcpas, inc. Aafcpas, inc. Is responsible for auditing the school's financial statements. Aafcpas' work was based on information provided to them during the course of the audit by the school's business office and additional work requested specific to the 990. The controller and the assistant head of school for finance & operations performed a detailed review of the completed 990, reviewed the 990 with the audit and risk committee of the board of trustees, and provided a copy of the return to the board of trustees prior to filing the 990.”
