FORM 990, SCHEDULE D, PART X, LINE 2, UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS UNDER FASB ASC 740: During the year ended August 31, 2024, the Fund followed Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") Interpretation No. 48 "Accounting Uncertainty in Income Taxes - an interpretation of FASB Statement No. 109 ("FIN 48")". Tax regulations permit the audit of tax or information returns for three years from the filing date of such returns. Therefore, the fiscal years ended August 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022 were still open years as of the date of issuance of the accompanying financial statements.
