Mission

To promote, enhance and develop current and future businesses in the local city and county

The purpose of the organization is to promote, recruit, and enhance new business and economic development for the city of elizabethton and carter county through outreach to various industries looking to locate or expand in the elizabethton and carter county area; the retention and expansion of existing business and industry in carter co., promoting civil, social, cultural and education programs to enhance the quality of life and to promote and develop tourism in the area.
