“Concept schools nfp, including hsa belmont, hsa mckinley and hsa southwest, operates as a nonprofit organization and has received exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Concept schools nfp has evaluated the tax positions taken for all open tax years. Currently, the returns for the prior three fiscal years are open and subject to examination by the internal revenue service; however, concept schools nfp is not currently under audit nor has concept schools nfp been contacted by this jurisdiction. Based on the evaluation of concept schools nfp's tax positions, management believes all positions would be upheld under an examination; therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain tax positions has been recorded for the year ended june 30, 2024.”
