“The interfaith children's movement (icm) is thrilled to celebrate an extraordinary year of growth and expansion in 2024 our organization has not only strengthened its core team but also broadened its reach and impact through the enthusiastic contributions of new staff and interns across all levels. At the heart of this growth is our dedicated full-time staff, who have continued to drive our mission forward with unwavering commitment. A shining example of our growth is the inspiring journey of our initial undergraduate intern, henry young. Recognizing his exceptional dedication and talent, we welcomed him into our full-time staff, where he quickly became an integral part of our team as our policy & advocacy specialist. In his new role, he spearheaded the recruitment of two new college-level interns, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas to our mission. His progression from intern to full-time staff embodies icm's commitment to nurturing and empowering the next generation of child advocates. A significant highlight of 2024 is the increase in our contract hires-from four to five talented professionals. This 25% growth brings specialized expertise to our projects, enabling us to tackle new challenges and amplify our advocacy efforts for children's well-being. The summer of 2024 marked a milestone with the expansion of our youth advocacy internship program and staff. We doubled our seasonal summer staff, a 100% increase that allowed us to provide more personalized guidance and support to our interns. This enhancement not only enriched the interns' but also broadened the program's impact on the communities we serve. We are ecstatic to have launched our high school internship program, welcoming two bright and motivated students into the icm family. Their youthful enthusiasm and fresh perspectives have infused our initiatives with renewed vigor and creativity. Collectively, these developments signify more than just numbers-they represent our growing capacity to advocate for children's rights, influence positive policy changes, and foster a community united in compassion and action. The interfaith children's movement (icm) is "growing stronger" in its mission to champion the rights and well-being of children across georgia. Through energetic and impactful initiatives, icm unites diverse faith communities, legislators, youth, and advocacy experts to address critical issues affecting our youngest citizens. Have a heart cards for legislators parties. Icm partners organized 15 vibrant "have a heart" card-making parties, hosted by a mosaic of faith communities and organizations, including the emory hindu student association, b'nai israel synagogue, bet haverim, greater mount carmel ame, st. Luke's episcopal, atlanta unity mosque, and many others. These joyful gatherings brought together people of all ages and backgrounds, resulting in over 700 heartfelt cards. Packed into 236 "have a heart" bags, these messages were personally delivered to every member of georgia's general assembly during icm's annual day at the capitol. This initiative amplified the collective voice of the community, urging legislators to prioritize policies that enhance child well-being. Day at the capitol. In a spirited return to in-person advocacy, icm held its 14th annual day at the capitol. The event kicked off at st. Luke's episcopal church with an enthusiastic opening session before participants headed over to the state capitol. The day buzzed with energy as 31 students from interfaith atlanta youth, mohammed schools of atlanta, cristo rey high school, and walton high school joined 12 passionate adults. Representing a rich tapestry of faith traditions- including hinduism, islam, various christian denominations, and unitarian universalism-the group engaged directly with lawmakers. Their presence underscored the critical importance of youth voices in shaping a future where every child thrives. Blessings for beloved community event. The 4th annual "blessings for b”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | THE INTERFAITH CHILDREN'S MOVEMENT (ICM) IS THRILLED TO CELEBRATE AN EXTRAORDINARY YEAR OF GROWTH AND EXPANSION IN 2024 OUR ORGANIZATION HAS NOT ONLY STRENGTHENED ITS CORE TEAM BUT ALSO BROADENED ITS REACH AND IMPACT THROUGH THE ENTHUSIASTIC CONTRIBUTIONS OF NEW STAFF AND INTERNS ACROSS ALL LEVELS.
