Mission

Oracle Theatre, Inc.'s primary exempt purpose is to offer unique theatrical experiences through mythological themes, historical accounts, fables, and literature. Our goal is to better educate the community about various cultures through storytelling. Through new works, old stories, and anything that embodies a full spirit, the dramatic presentations incorporate an array of visual and audio displays with live action. As a company comprised of artists of diverse talents, the art of collaboration is our universal dedication.

Truth Be Told: Workshop Collaboration Series - a bi-annual event in which we present new works by local artists developing their craft. The purpose of the program is to provide a safe space for these artists to showcase works still in development and to receive educational feedback from anonymous comment cards collected from the audience. Post-show reception is included to offer networking and developmental opportunities for the presenting artists. Dates of Events: 3/25/13. Location: CAP21 Studios in NYC. Purpose of the annual event (sometimes bi-annual event) is to workshop a writer's new dramatic work in an educational environment where the audience can make commentary on anonymous index cards or during the panel discussion at the end of the presentation. Date of Event: Nov.25, 2013 Location: Shetler Studios Penthouse 1 in NYC Attendance: 35 attendees plus additional actors and hosts. Donations: $0.
