Financial accounting standards govern how uncertain tax positions should be recognized, measured, presented, and disclosed in financial statements. These standards require the evaluation of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the course of preparing an entitys tax returns to determine whether the tax positions are more-likely-than-not to be sustained by the applicable tax authority. Tax benefits of positions not deemed to meet the more-likely-than-not threshold would not be recognized in the financial statements of the current year. The Federal Income Tax Form 990 for the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Missouri Department of Revenue, generally accepts returns as filed with the IRS. As of June 30, 2023 returns for the years ended June 30, 2022, 2021 and 2020 have not been selected for examination by the IRS.

The Federal Income Tax Form 990 for the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Missouri Department of Revenue, generally accepts returns as filed with the IRS. As of June 30, 2023 returns for the years ended June 30, 2022, 2021 and 2020 have not been selected for examination by the IRS.
