The Independent Electrical Contractors of Washington Educational Training Fund (IEC-ETF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting electrical apprenticeship. IEC-ETF educates, trains and develops workers in the electrical construction industry; promoting and fostering safe working practice and encouraging equal opportunity in the electrical construction field.
