During this meeting, a thorough review of all financial and narrative information is undertaken to make sure all reports and schedules reflect the actual operating results of the agency for the most recently completed fiscal year. After this review, the executive director provides a summary presentation of the 990 to the agency's board.”

Advocacy & community organizing: the organization offers our working-class families a venue and space to develop their leadership skills to find solutions to the pressures affecting their communities by working collectively and organizing with institutions that impact their everyday life. Emprendedores del center (entrepreneurship): the organization offers individual or group training to assist workers in creating their own business or becoming an independent contractor.
